Some days being in charge is frustrating. Draining. Tiring.
Some times those days become months. So what do you do?
This is where I come in. My name is Noomi and I help leaders like you make the people stuff easier so you can feel on top of your work, make better decisions and get more bang for your efforts.
I blend the therapeutic magic of Family Constellations with proven organisational experience to create hugely practical and transformational coaching.
You might be here because:
- You are a new leader and struggling to find the balance between double-checking everything your team members are doing and giving them freedom to do it their way.
- You are an experienced leader but you are tired of fire fighting and although you are working all hours, it still doesn’t seem enough.
- You are feeling drained by conflicts and clashes in your team or organisation and really don’t know why working together has to be this tiring.
- You are exhausted by all the change your organisation is delivering and need some help making sense of it all.
- You are doing pretty great in your leadership, but hardly have time to stop and think and know you will grow such much quicker if you get some expert coaching.
- You have heard about Family Constellations and want to know how to use the Constellations approach for OD, team dynamics, change management and leadership development.
Whichever one it is, I can help. You don’t have to do it alone. Over the last decade I have coached more leaders than I can count, across most industries, in 15 different countries.
“Noomi is personable, insightful, and wise beyond her years. I’ve come to see relationships with our customers and partners in an entirely different and much more productive way thanks to her. With Noomi’s skilled guidance, I had an “aha” moment in almost every session over the last 18 months and dramatically changed how I build strategic partnerships, talk to customers, and think about positioning our company in the future.”
Paige Chapel, CEO & President, Aeris
I believe that the greatest obstacle to success is learning how to get along. Relationships, teams and wider systems like organisations and governments can become toxic, weak and ineffective, where there is too much focus on outcomes and not enough on relationships.
We spend all this time and energy hiring and developing the right people, but then when they get together no magic happens.
Meetings become dull and the real conversations take place in the hallways. Although the company values are posted on the wall, people are more concerned with their own personal targets than the mission of the company. Everyone says they really value collaboration and being part of a team (and they actually mean it) but in practise they choose to rely on their own hard work and struggle to really trust their colleagues.
I help established leaders transform situations and departments from surviving to thriving, and new leaders establish strong foundations from which to grow.

The official stuff:
I am a certified coach and constellator. I’ve done the training. The traditional, the pioneering and the really groundbreaking training that required me to turn myself inside out. But most importantly I am a coach who has really coached. For the first 7 years of my coaching career I focused on just coaching (easily 15plus sessions a week which is more than most coaches do in a month) and worked under other brands so I could just get great at the craft.
I have done countless training days with some of the best coaches and consultants in the UK and I have certified coaching training from Coaching Development and Third Space Coaching.
I loved every minute of my Family and Systemic Constellations training. I did three-years training with the best teachers in the UK at The Centre for Systemic Constellations and through CoLPI at the time delivered by the Nowwhere Academy. It really changed my life and the way I see the world (ask me about it and I will tell you more).
I am also qualified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, have a Certificate in Adult Training and Development from University of Toronto and hold a BA (Hons.) in Journalism from University of the Arts London.
My experience spans a wide number of sectors from professional services, transport, media, banking to non-for-profits and social enterprises.
Some of my clients have been smaller companies you might not have heard of – other are companies like: Mars, Boots, Lloyds TSB, British Gas, Arriva, Tesco, Tesco Bank, Matalan, Husky, Barclays Wealth, Mouchel, NBCUniversal and LEGO Education.
Other things you might want to know about me:
I have lived in four countries on two continents. I am originally from Denmark and lived there until I was 19. Since then I have lived in London, Washington D.C., Toronto, Cambridge, St. Louis and now Oxford. And somehow in my pursuit of a proper British accent, I ended up with a South African sounding pronunciation even though I have only ever been to South Africa on a two-week holiday.
I am happily married and a mother of two gorgeous girls who inspires me to appreciate every moment of every day.
I am incredibly impatient and when I decide I want something, I want it yesterday. I also meditate daily and have been doing so since August 2008. That helps me focus on the right things. And I can honestly say that everything in my life is better when I meditate.
My friends often tell me that in conversations with me they share things they can’t say to anyone else. That’s what I do for my clients too.
If you are interested in working with me, you can book a free consultation and we can talk about your needs and wants.
