How does the coaching work?
I coach virtually via Skype or phone in English and in Danish. We will have regular sessions and in between you will have practical actions that make your work and life easier.
Do I need business or life coaching?
People frequently ask whether they need life or business coaching. I believe in coaching people. You are not compartmentalized but a whole human being. How you are feeling at work will impact what is happening in other areas of your life and what is happening outside of work will impact how you are able to perform at work. So through the coaching we will look at increasing your well-being overall in your life.

I blend the therapeutic magic of Family Constellations with proven organisational experience to create a hugely practical and transformational coaching.
What is different about constellations coaching
If your problem was just intellectual you would already have solved it. Google, a friend or a book would have given you the answer and it would have worked. However, mostly life is not that simple. We seem to follow all the right advice and still the big shift eludes us.
This is where constellations coaching makes a difference. In a way we create an x-ray of the problem. We can see it from the inside out and the outside in, getting clarity of the blindspots and ties that may be holding you stuck in a specific pattern.
Constellations coaching is also coaching that looks at your situation in a wider context. We don’t just focus on the symptoms. We examine the bigger field of connections. The pattern you feel stuck in might come from your personal background or could belong to the organizational culture and history.
